At Pro Photo we try our best to make customers happy but for any reason customer is not happy with the product or services we will redo it for no additional cost.
We offers a 15-day exchange or credit note for most merchandise. All items considered for exchange must be returned in “as new” condition, free of visible marks, scratches or defects, and complete with all components and packaging materials.
All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by our Manager.
Upon approval of a return the following conditions must be met prior to exchange or credit note;
- The item must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a copy).
Pro Photo does not accept for exchange or credit note the following products:
- Gift Cards
- Open Software (seal is broken)
- Computers repairs
- Open Memory Cards
- Non-stocked special order items
- Film
- Chemistry
- Batteries
- Bulbs
- Paper
- Ink cartridges
- Photo Centre products
Final Sale Items
Exchanges are not available on Final Sale Items, unless it can be proven that the item will not turn on, or does not function (DOA) at the time of receipt by the customer. Unless otherwise marked by a “Final Sale Item” tag or other similar marking, a product or service shall be identified as a Final Sale Item at the point of sale and prior to the completion of the sale. Items that qualify as DOA can be returned for exchange within 15 days of purchase, applicable to our standard 15-day Exchange and Return Policy.
We reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for missing or damaged merchandise, parts and packaging.
